Micro-drill Testing Systems

It is mainly used to test the bending resistance of micro drilling products, semi-finished products of fine grinding and coating products. Because the force value and deformation are very small, 5N high-precision mechanical sensor can be used to measure tiny force value; horizontal CCD (magnification 25x-180x) is used for sample centering and bending moment adjustment, and HEIDENHAIN grating ruler is used to directly connect the deformation with the indenter to reduce the indirect error of each link and directly measure the tiny displacement of the indenter. The equipment has three closed-loop control modes of stress, strain and displacement, The maximum force, bending strength, elastic modulus and constant deformation force can be obtained. The equipment adopts double guide column structure, and servo cylinder is used as force application element. It is mainly composed of safety cover and cabinet, host frame, high-precision two-dimensional XY micro workbench, high-precision displacement measuring device, CCD sample adjusting device, fixture, software system and electrical system.
